Refund Policy

 

90 day full refund-- regardless of cause.

 

At proAgentNetwork, we are a happy crew, and want no less than your complete satisfaction with whatever you order from us.

 

We strive to bring you the very best products and services to help you conduct and build your business.  There are, regretfully, times when even the best products and intentions don't live up to expectations or, for one reason or another, are not "correct". Because of this, we offer a very good refund policy on our software and services.

 

Cancel your order within 90 days for a full refund if you are not happy-- for any reason-- or no reason at all!

 

We will refund your original and subsequent purchases for hosting and software services that were billed to you covering up to 90 days of service.  Sorry, but even though we REALLY want you to be happy doing business with us, if we have purchased a domain registration on your behalf, we will deduct the fees associated with that registration from any refund of setup charges.  You do own the domain registration and we pledge to transfer any registered domains to anyone you designate.  Regardless, this policy is better than most other businesses.
